WWithin only 12 years, this sector has become a leading sector in the field of contracting of all kinds
since its establishment in 2008.
Maeen for Contracting has been able to have a prominent and advanced position among the major
contracting companies operating in Yemen. It has been developing and expanding construction
work to cover all areas, including the construction of various buildings and steel structures,
infrastructure works, sanitation works, installing of water and electricity networks, airport
works, installing fenders, as well as repairs, rehabilitation of buildings and drilling of water wells.
Constraction
As Maeen has built and constructed many prefab houses, roads, bridges, centers, and hospitals through its qualified staff over the past years, it has gained wide and strong experiences in contracting making it capable to undertake and handle any projects assigned to it, in construction and contracting. Maeen has succeeded in the implementation of several construction projects either for organizations and companies or the governmental and private sectors. Maeen has maintained a good reputation gained through completing and implementing the projects that have been assigned to it, which have earned the complete satisfaction of all customers.

- Establishing a group of Diarrhea Treatment Centers (DTCs) with total space reaching (36,000 m2) for WHO.
- Restoration of 21 SAM treatment units in several governorates.
- Equipping and establishing warehouses for the site of Ben Hean Company in Marib gas station.
- Drilling water wells in Shabwa for the private sector.
- Paving the dirt roads in Al-qlah area in Shabwah governorate.
WHO Warehouses
We have rehabilitated the warehouses of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Sana’a, which included the following works: civil works, the establishment of reefers for the warehouses, tile works, false ceiling, all security and safety works, power works, and soon.
Diarrhea Treatment Centers (DTCs)
We have established a group of Diarrhea Treatment Centers (DTCs) in many governorates across Yemen where we acted according to the highest quality standards and have committed to the implementation set timelines.
Prefab houses (caravans)
Through Maeen’s workshops, professional
technicians , and engineers, it managed to
manufacture its caravans (prefab houses) of
various sizes and specifications and supplied
them to our customers. We have ensured to
comply with all security and safety standards
as well as to delivery deadlines.
Equipping the United Nations parking lot
We have equipped and prepared the
parking area amounting to 3,600 m2,
which accommodates 120 vehicles, in
line with international specifications
and in record time, Equipped with a gas
station inside the parking lot.
